The kingdom of God is PUSHING THROUGH, it is not passive.
- It is described in Matthew 13:31-33 as yeast, saturating, invading with rapid speed.

The victory is already ours but it takes men and women of God to advance His kingdom.
- God uses small/obscure/seemingly insignificant things to build His kingdom (e.g. St Martin Luther, William Carey)
- God wants men and women of zeal, commitment, enthusiasm and BOLDNESS (not rebelliousness), but God-centered courage that enables us to stand up to face up to our own sins, imperfections, weaknesses, and to counter them.

1) A Revelation of God’s Heart and God’s Truth (14/09/08)

Only God’s truth can set us free.
- Authorities (even Ps Khong), sermons cannot truly convince us. Only God’s word can bring light, bring truth and set us free from lies of this world
- John 8:32, 2 Corinthians 10:3-5
- Satan knows this and it is precisely why he wants to mess things up, deceive our minds and hold old mindsets.

The half gospel = The gospel of salvation.
The gospel of salvation is what the Church has become consumed about, become blinded and tricked into believing is what God just wants. This is the half truth/whole lie that Satan wants us to believe in.
- TRUTH is: God wants us to build His kingdom, to bring about TRANSFORMATION in this world.
- We have developed a wrong mindset – to be concerned only about bringing people to Christ
- The full gospel: God is concerned about the NATIONS, to see each and every life transformed.
- Exodus 4:22, Matthew 24:14

The day and hour of Christ’s second coming may be unknown, but those who know God will know and they will be busy establishing His kingdom and when it’s done, we know that this is when He will come.

The misconception of the half gospel came about because of misunderstanding God’s word:
- John 18:36 > we have misunderstood Christ’s meaning and over time, we gave the world over to Satan. Pilate was questioning Jesus’ source of authority, which He declared is from God above.
- More than anything, Christ is more concerned about nations than anything else.
- Ephesians 1:7-10, Habbukuk 2:14

It is important for us to understand the theology/reason behind God’s plan, so that we would know God’s purpose clearly and become convicted and be bold to do what He wants us to, with the right methodology.

What we should do now:
1) Repent

- Hebrew word: “meta-noi” ("meta"=turn/change, "noi"=mindset/intellect): xing(1) si(1)

2) Renew our minds
- Romans 12:2
- “nous” from “noi”
