An Exciting Time for Singapore - WOOHOO!!

Haha haven't updated for a few days. Been busy editing and re-writing resume and cover letters. Sharon's so gonna kill me for still not sending my resume out yet. I'm pretty much done with everything it's just that I'm finding more and more job opportunities in different job search engines that I've to come up with new cover letters. I know I'm being stupid for not just sending out those that I've done first (which is like 15). But I want to make sure they're good to go (i.e. perfect, which is impossible). Argh. God, give me boldness! Ok. I MUST SEND AT LEAST 5 out TOMORROW. Friends, please pray that I will face my fears with God's courage and strength, heh. =D

Man and I've yet to go get clothes for work. Need to get 'em soon. Dorothy Perkins, here I come! (but not this week, SKINT my pockets ISH).

Amidst the busyness, I was able to reflect on the sermons for the past 3 weeks as I typed the notes out for a cg mate. I cannot help but be amazed at what God's doing in our nation, what this country is going to go through in the next 7 years. And us being part of this big TRANSFORMATION as we choose to empty ourselves to be vessels for him, despite our fears and wavering faith (many a time). I cannot help but become awed as I am starting to be able to envision what God has in mind for our nation and how He is going to establish His kingdom in this world, how we're going to play a part in all of these, through so many ways, at so many levels. He is really bringing everything together now, step by step. Individuals, cell groups, churches, families, marketplaces, schools, nations, aligning to His plans and His will. I cannot help but get excited for what God's gonna do in our nation!! God, keep on burning this new fire in us! God, help us to see more from Your perspective! God, help me to love Your people more and more.
