blinds. argh.

i am right now at central lending library and it is the first time in my life that i have ever been so irritated by window blinds. these black blinds just automatically go up and down up and down up and down whenever they detect the brightness of the sun is apparently too bright for the human eye because the rays have exceeded a certain magnitude or degree of whatever you call it. i'm only irritated because it goes up and down umpteen times within 5 mins.
