a flawless performance

Psalm 139:23-24

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.

24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.

Jeremiah 17:10

10 I the LORD search the heart
and examine the mind,
to reward a man according to his conduct,
according to what his deeds deserve.

1 Samuel 16:7

The Lord does not look at the things man looks at.
Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.

God, I don't want to put up a flawless performance. Lord, You know my heart. You know it inside out. Continue to break me, Lord. Lord, remind me everytime that the work that I do has to be for You, not because of anything else. Lord, remind me that in everything I do for You, You are looking at my heart.
